Refund & Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as innerwear and customised products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Email us at care@satyafabrics.com or call +91 98765 43210 with your Order ID and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the pickup or return process.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. As orders are paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued to your bank account or UPI as agreed during the return process.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
